The OCS-OZW 250 is a dual-tank (2×125 L, 250 L total) ozone-assisted washing system designed for industrial fruit and vegetable washing lines. It does not lead with the amount of ozone gas produced (g/h), but with the actual dissolved ozone concentration (ppm) in the wash water — since this is what determines disinfection and residue-reduction performance.
A venturi injector combined with a static mixer increases the gas-liquid contact area, improving transfer efficiency. An online dissolved ozone sensor and PLC control panel keep the target ppm value stable throughout the process. For higher capacity, oxygen-fed operation and dual ozone measurement, see our OCS-OZW 250 PRO model.
Note: Under appropriate process conditions, ozone contributes to the reduction of certain pesticide residues; the removal rate varies depending on the pesticide's chemical structure, ozone concentration, and contact time.

catalog
1. Which products can the system be used for?
It can be used for lettuce, leafy vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, apples, citrus, and other fruit/vegetable groups.
2. Why is ppm measurement emphasised over g/h?
The amount of ozone the generator produces (g/h) is an input parameter; what determines disinfection performance is the amount of ozone actually dissolved in the water (ppm). The OCS-OZW 250 measures this value online.
3. Does the system completely remove pesticide residues?
No. Under appropriate process conditions, ozone contributes to the reduction of certain pesticide residues; the removal rate depends on the pesticide's structure and ozonation conditions.
4. What is the difference from the OCS-OZW 250 PRO?
The PRO model offers an oxygen-fed generator, a catalytic off-gas destructor, dual ozone measurement in both liquid and ambient air, and full PLC automation.
