Challenge

Karacasu Tekstil needed a fully locally-engineered, high-capacity, reliable ozone system to strengthen its production line.

Solution

We delivered a 1000 gram/hour system, fully designed and manufactured in-house, backed by OCS Ozone's guarantee. The shipment included:

• Ozone generator
• Oxygen generator
• Transformer and reactor group
• Cooler and ozone destruct unit
• Electrical panel, control systems, software infrastructure
• Stainless cabinets and process piping systems
