Challenge
Process odour from 7 separate chimney points at the Adliye Factory needed to be brought under control to meet environmental impact and sustainability targets. The absence of centralized monitoring and control across the chimneys left odour management dependent on isolated, manual solutions.
Solution
OCS Ozone installed an integrated odour elimination and process monitoring system covering all 7 chimneys. Water-cooled ozone reactors fed by a central oxygen generator deliver consistent, controllable ozone performance with uninterrupted 24/7 operation.
The installation included:
- Integrated odour elimination system for 7 chimneys
- Full SCADA integration and centralized monitoring infrastructure
- Online oxygen (O₂) concentration measurement system
- Central oxygen generator
- Central water-cooled ozone reactor design
- Individual online ozone (O₃) gas concentration measurement for each chimney
- Real-time data monitoring, logging, and process optimization infrastructure
Result
Emissions from all 7 chimneys can now be monitored continuously, with process parameters controlled instantly to manage environmental performance sustainably. Operating at a total capacity of 1050 g/h, the system secures both operational continuity and the facility's environmental compliance.
