Şenpiliç, one of Turkey's leading integrated poultry meat producers, holds a significant position in its sector with its high production capacity, food safety standards, and sustainable production approach. The Adliye and Hendek Factory Chimney Odor Removal Project, carried out in line with environmental impact control and sustainable production goals, has been successfully completed.

As part of the project, an advanced odor removal and process monitoring infrastructure was installed for a total of 17 chimneys in the facilities. The installed systems significantly improved both process control and environmental monitoring capabilities.

In the water-cooled ozone reactors, fed by a central oxygen generator, we not only produced sustainable and controllable ozone gas performance, but also enabled continuous and real-time monitoring of ozone gas yield and concentration.

This project includes:

• Installation of an integrated odor removal system for 17 chimneys

• Full SCADA integration and central monitoring infrastructure for the entire system

• Online oxygen (O₂) concentration measurement system

• Central oxygen generator

• Design of a central water-cooled ozone reactor

• Online ozone (O₃) gas concentration measurement for each chimney individually

• Real-time data monitoring, recording, and process optimization infrastructure.

Thanks to this system, chimney emissions can be continuously monitored, and process parameters can be controlled in real-time to ensure the sustainable management of environmental performance.
